Using Radar

Updated October 4, 2026. Radar is a free tool from Chandler Koglmeier for organizing investment research and portfolio information. An account is optional.

Your decisions and records

Radar and its AI providers can make mistakes. Check important claims, calculations, valuations, and recommendations against your source records. Radar does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice and does not guarantee investment outcomes.

Keep a current encrypted backup and Recovery Kit. Do not rely on Radar as your only copy of important records. Only import or send material you have permission to use.

AI and other services

Your chosen AI provider bills you separately under its terms. Connected AI apps receive the information you permit them to access. Review proposed changes before approving them. Local Radar use does not require a hosted account.

Feedback and help

Send questions or feedback to chandler.koglmeier@gmail.com. Feedback may be used to improve Radar. Do not include credentials or confidential portfolio material unless you intend to share it.

The open-source engine has its own license in its repository.
